Our service provides space for marriage candidates to choose their future spouse according to their wishes. After that, you will proceed only on mutual consent. The Institute shall not be liable for any problems or financial disadvantages incurred by any party as a result of such relationship.
Furthermore, our organization is not bound by any responsibility to check the truth or falsity of the details such as married, unmarried, employment, income etc. of the candidates registered in this matrimonial service. You must accept that it is your role and responsibility to ascertain the truth and falsity of all information provided by a candidate before starting a relationship with him or her.
You are bound to accept the following terms and conditions if you avail the service through Mindada matrimonial service.
You must be over 18 years of age.
The member must accept that it is his/her responsibility to make changes to his account and to maintain their account securely. You must use a secure password for your account.
No one is allowed to copy any of the data and photos from here in any way. If the member has to face any problem by copying any photo published here, the organization is freed from the responsibility and the person who did that action is bound to accept the full responsibility related to it.
The Institute is under no obligation to disclose any information provided by a member. But we are obliged to comply with it if it is required by law.
If a member has opened an account with a photo or phone number that is not his own, the organization can be informed by phone and the organization will immediately act and take necessary steps to remove such information from the website.
By doing this, the member who entered the false information shall take full responsibility for any kind of problem that the real owner of the photo or phone may experience and the organization shall be released from all such.
The institution has the power to suspend your account due to breach of one or more conditions mentioned in this agreement, including phone numbers that are not yours, photos that are not yours, entering false details into the account, engaging in financial transactions with people identified through this service, making false suggestions or undue influence etc.
You may maintain only one account on the Mindada Service. Click here to learn about the necessary instructions to keep your Mindada account unblocked.
You can apply through the Mindada website or mobile apps to remove the account completely. Your personal details including your account photo, phone number, address and identity card details will be removed from your account after 180 days from the date of application to ensure customer safety.
You will not be able to log in to the account during that 180-day period & your account will not be displayed as suggestions to other users. Please note that you will not be able to open new accounts on the Mindada Service during and after that time.
The Institute is not obliged to refund the amount paid by him or her to the Institute in case of cancellation of membership or for any other reason.
The Company reserves the right to change or add new terms to this agreement without any prior notice.
When any member registers with Mindada Matrimony Service he or she is deemed to be entering into an agreement with Mindada.lk Matrimony Service (pvt) Ltd subject to the terms & conditions of this document which is deemed to have been enacted in Moratuwa Colombo.
You and Mindada.lk Matrimony Service (pvt) Ltd hereby agree that all disputes regarding the Mindada Service will be heard by an arbitrator consisting of three (3) arbitrators under the Disputes Settlement Act No. 11 of 1995 in Colombo.

අප සේවාව මගින් විවාහ අපේක්ෂයින්ට තමන්ගේ සිතැගි පරිදි අනාගත සහකරු හෝ සහකාරිය තෝරාගැනීමට අවකාශය සලසා ඇත. ඉන්පසු ඉදිරියට කටයුතු කරගෙන යාම ඔබ දෙපාර්ශවයේ කැමැත්ත මත පමණක් සිදුවේ. එවැනි සම්බන්ධතාවයක් හේතුකොටගෙන කිසියම් පාර්ශවයකට සිදුවන ගැටළු හෝ මූල්‍යමය අවාසි සම්බන්ධයෙන් ආයතනය වගකියනු නොලැබේ.
තවද මෙම මංගල සේවයේ ලියාපදිංචි වී ඇති අපේක්ෂකයින්ගේ විවාහක, අවිවාහකබව, රැකියාව, ආදායම ඇතුළු විස්තර වල සත්‍ය අසත්‍ය භාවය සොයා බැලීමට අප ආයතනය කිසිදු අන්දමේ වගකීමකට බැඳී නොමැත. යම් අපේක්ෂකයෙකු සමඟ සම්බන්ධතාවයක් පටන් ගැනීමට පෙර ඔහු හෝ ඇය සපයා ඇති සියලු තොරතුරු වල සත්‍ය අසත්‍ය තාවය සොයාගැනීම තමාගේ කාර්ය භාරය හා වගකීම බව ඔබ පිළිගත යුතුය.
ඔබ මින්දද මංගල සේවය හරහා සේවය ලබාගන්නේනම් නම් පහත සඳහන් කොන්දේසි පිළිගැනීමට බැඳී සිටිය යුතුය.
ඔබගේ වයස අවුරුදු 18 කට වැඩිවිය යුතුය.
තමන්ගේ ගිණුමේ වෙනස්කම් කර ගැනීම හා ගිණුම ආරක්ෂාකාරීව පවත්වාගෙන යාම තමන්ගේ වගකීම බව සාමාජිකයා පිළිගතයුතුය. ඒ සදහා ඔබ යොදාගන්නා රහස් පදය සුරැකිව තබාගත යුතුය.
මෙහි එන දත්ත හා ඡායාරූප කිසිවක් කුමන අන්දමකට හෝ පිටපත් කිරීමට කිසිවෙකුටත් අවසර නොමැත. මෙහි පලවී ඇති යම් ඡායාරූපයක් පිටපත් කර ලබා ගැනීමෙන් එම සාමාජිකයාට යම් ගැටලුවකට මුහුණු දීමට සිදුවුවහොත් එම වගකීමෙන් ආයතනය නිදහස් වන අතර එම ක්‍රියාව සිදු කළ පුද්ගලයා ඒ සම්බන්ධ සම්පූර්ණ වගකීම බාරගැනීමට බැඳී ඇත.
සාමාජිකයෙකු විසින් ආයතනයට සපයා ඇති කිසිම තොරතුරක් පිටතට ලබා දීමට ආයතනය බැඳී නොමැත. එහෙත් නීතියේ අවශ්‍යතාවයක් මත එසේ කිරීමට සිදුවුවහොත් එයට අනුකූල වීමට අප බැඳී සිටී.
යම් සාමාජිකයෙකු විසින් තමන්ගේ නොවන ඡායාරූපයක් හෝ දුරකථන අංකයක් සහිතව ගිණුමක් ආරම්භ කොට ඇත්නම් ඒ බව ආයතනයට දුරකථනයෙන් දැනුම් දීමට හැකි අතර ආයතනය වහාම ක්‍රියාත්මක වී එවැනි තොරතුරු වෙබ් අඩවියෙන් ඉවත් කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය පියවර ගනු ඇත.
මෙවැන්නක් කිරීමෙන් ඡායාරූපයේ හෝ දුරකථනයේ සැබෑ අයිතිකරුට විඳින්නට වන ඕනෑම අන්දමේ ගැටළුවක් සම්බන්ධ සම්පූර්ණ වගකීම එම සාවද්‍ය තොරතුරු ඇතුලත් කරගෙන සිටි සාමාජිකයා විසින් භාරගත යුතු අතර ආයතනය ඒ සියල්ලෙන්ම නිදහස් වේ.
තමන්ගේ නොවන දුරකථන අංක, තමන්ගේ නොවන ඡායාරූප, ව්‍යාජ විස්තර ගිණුමට ඇතුලත්කිරීම, මෙම සේවය තුළින් හඳුනාගන්නා අය සමඟ මුදල් ගනු‍දෙනු වලට සම්බන්ධ වීම, නොමනා යෝජනා කිරීම හෝ අනිසි බලපෑම් කිරීම ආදී මෙම ගිවිසුමේ සඳහන් කොන්දේසි එකක් හෝ වැඩි ගණනක් කඩ කිරිම හේතු කොට ඔබගේ ගිණුම අත්හිටවීමේ බලය ආයතනය සතුවේ

ගිණුම සම්පුර්ණයෙන් ඉවත් කිරීම සදහා ඔබට වෙබ් අඩවිය හරහා හෝ ඇප් එක හරහා ඉල්ලුම් කිරීමට හැකි අතර පාරිබෝගික ආරක්ෂාව තහවුරු කිරීම සදහා එම අයදුම් කල දිනයේ සිට දින 180ක කාළයකට පසු ඔබේ ගිණුමේ ඡායාරූපය, දුරකථන අංකය, ලිපිනය සහ හැඳුනුම්පත් විස්තර ඇතුළු ඔබේ පෞද්ගලික විස්තර ඔබේ ගිණුමෙන් ඉවත් කරණු ලැබේ.
එම දින 180ක කාලය තුල අදාළ මින්දද ගිණුමට ඔබට ඇතුල්විය නොහැකි අතර එම කාලය තුල ඔබේ ගිණුම යෝජනා ලෙස ප්‍රදර්ශනය නොකෙරෙනු ඇත. එම කාළය තුලත් ඉන් අනතුරුවත් ඔබට මින්දද සේවයේ නව ගිණුම් ආරම්භ කිරීමට නොහැකි බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.
සාමාජිකත්වය අහෝසිවීමකදී හෝ වෙනයම් හෙතුවකදී ඔහු හෝ ඇය විසින් ආයතනයට ගෙවූ මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීමට මින්දද ආයතනය බැඳී නොමැත.
මෙම ගිවිසුමේ සඳහන් කොන්දේසි කිසිම පූර්ව දැනුම් දීමකින් තොරව වෙනස් කිරීමේ හෝ අළුතින් කොන්දේසි එකතු කිරීමේ බලය ආයතනය සතුය.
ඕනෑම සාමාජිකයෙකු මින්දද මංගල සේවය වෙත ලියාපදිංචි වූ විට ඔහු හෝ ඇය Mindada.lk Matrimony Service (pvt) Ltd ආයතනය සමඟ මෙම ලියවිල්ලේ සඳහන් කරුණු කාරණාවලට යටත්ව ගිවිසුමකට එළඹෙන බව සැලකෙන අතර එය කොළඹ මොරටුවහිදී නීතිගත වූ බවට සැලකේ.
මින්දද මංගල සේවය සම්බන්ධයෙන් වන සියලුම ආරවුල් වර්ෂ 1995 අංක 11 ආරවුල් බේරුම් කිරීමේ පනත යට‍තේ බේරුම් කරුවන් තුන්දෙනෙකු (3) ගෙන් සැදුම්ලත් බේරුම්කරන සභාවක් ඉදිරියේදී කොළඹ දී විභාගයට ගැනීමට ඔබ හා Mindada.lk Matrimony Service (pvt) Ltd ආයතනය මෙයින් එකග වේ.
